Four Arthurian tales to play for free, never for money
Elvarnoble is a free social casino where adults can play demo versions of four Play'n GO slots drawn from the legends of Camelot. The credits you see are play credits and nothing else. There's no real money here, nothing to purchase and no prizes waiting at the end of any tale.
Picture a long strip of embroidered linen running the length of a great hall. Each panel holds one story, worked in woad blue, madder red and weld yellow, and each opens onto a page where its demo slot runs.
You don't need to know the old stories to enjoy the panels. So the tale goes, the keenest listeners at any feast were the ones who'd never heard it before.
Walk along the friezeThe frieze
Read it from left to right, the way you'd follow a hanging along a castle wall. On a wide screen the strip slides sideways when you use the arrows. On a phone the panels hang one beneath another, and the arrows move you down a panel at a time.
-
The Green Knight
A Play'n GO tale
A holiday feast is broken up by a green stranger, and Sir Gawain rides out to the Green Chapel to keep a hard promise. The shield carries most of this tale.
- Shield wild, now and then with a multiplier up to x100
- Free spins at the chapel, the multiplier rising as they go
- Released in 2021
-
The Sword and The Grail
A Play'n GO tale
Sir Lancelot sets out as a squire and works his way towards a seat at the Round Table, with the Grail always somewhere ahead. Swords push the story on.
- Sword scatters open four stages of free spins
- Grail wild, at times a multiplier wild
- Released in 2019
-
Rise of Merlin
A Play'n GO tale
This is Merlin before the legends, young and never far from his Magical Orb. The orb does two jobs at once in this demo.
- The orb counts as both wild and scatter
- 8 free spins, with 8 more for each retrigger
- One random symbol expands during free spins
-
Clash of Camelot
A Play'n GO tale
King Arthur comes home to find Mordred on his throne. Both of them land on the reels as wilds, and when they fight, sticky wilds are left behind.
- Arthur and Mordred are expanding wilds
- Free spins let you pick more spins or a higher multiplier
- Released in 2022
How the tales are told here
Every panel leads to a page of its own. On that page you'll find the legend retold in a few lines, a plain description of how the reels behave, and the Play'n GO demo itself, which loads inside a frame once you've confirmed you're 18 or over. Until then the frame stays empty and says why. We don't alter the demo in any way: it's the provider's own build, run from the provider's servers, exactly as Play'n GO puts it out for fun play.
The number in the corner of each demo is a stock of demo credits. They have no monetary value, can't be purchased, and can't be exchanged, transferred or cashed out. Reload the page and the stock fills up again, much as a storyteller starts afresh for each new listener.
Left out of the story
Some things never made it into this hanging, and they won't be stitched in later.
- No real-money play of any kind.
- No purchases, and nothing to purchase. No purchase is ever required.
- There are no accounts and no profiles, so there's nothing to fill in before you play.
- No prizes, and no rewards that hold any value.
- No trackers, analytics or advertising pixels.
The story also leaves out any promise about what comes after. Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling, and a lucky run on a panel here tells you nothing about how real-money play would go.
Questions from the hall
Do I need to know the legends?
No. Each tale's page gives you enough of the story to follow what's on the reels, and the demo plays the same whether or not you've ever heard of Gawain.
Are these the provider's real games?
Yes. Each one is the genuine Play'n GO demo, loaded from Play'n GO's server and left as it is. We frame it; we don't touch it.
Will my credits be there tomorrow?
No. Demo credits live inside the frame and reset whenever it reloads, so nothing carries over from one visit to the next.
Why do some panels load slowly?
The frame comes straight from the provider's server, so its speed depends on that server and on your connection. If it stays blank, reload the page or try a different browser.
Is Elvarnoble a historical society?
No. It's a made-up name for a free game site. There's no society, noble house or heraldic body behind it, only four panels and the words around them.
A knight knows when to rest
Even the longest tale has places where the teller stops for breath, so set yourself a finishing time before you open a panel and keep to it. If the demo slots start taking more of your evenings than you meant, our fair play page has plain advice and the names of people who can help.
