Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

Elvarnoble, the operator of elvarnoble.com, keeps the amount of personal data it handles as small as a free game site can. This policy explains what little we do collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Throughout, "we" and "us" mean Elvarnoble.

Who is responsible

Elvarnoble is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy.

What we collect

What the hall leaves alone

There are no accounts on Elvarnoble, so there's no profile, history or balance to store. We don't collect payment data, ID documents or passwords, and we never ask for any of them. Should any of it reach us by mistake, it gets deleted.

The contact form

Three fields make up the form: your name, the email address for our reply, and your message. We use what you send for one purpose only, which is to read your message and reply to it.

The form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives your submission and delivers it to our mailbox by email. FormSubmit may show a short check page before returning you to the site. A message stays with us for 12 months at most before it is deleted. We never sell them and never use them for advertising.

To ask for your message and our reply to be deleted sooner, write to [email protected] from the same address, and we'll remove them.

Demo frames from Play'n GO

Each game page embeds a demo slot from Play'n GO's own server. Once the frame loads, Play'n GO may set its own cookies or use storage inside that frame, and it may process technical data such as your IP address and device details under its own privacy policy. We don't receive that data and have no control over it. If you'd rather avoid it, don't confirm the age check on a game page, and the frame won't load.

No counters and no ad trackers in the hall

Elvarnoble uses no analytics tools, no advertising trackers, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins. We don't build profiles of visitors and we don't share data with advertisers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. In practice, the only personal data we hold is a contact form message, so most requests are quick to settle. Write to [email protected] and we'll answer within one month.

If you think we've handled your data badly, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk will take your complaint. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, but that's your choice.

Children

The hall is meant for adults aged 18 and over, never for anyone younger. We never knowingly gather personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us a message, let us know and we'll delete it.

Updating this privacy notice

If the way we handle data changes, for example if we stop using a service named here, we'll update this page and change the date shown under its heading. Older versions aren't kept online, so if you want a record of the version you read, save a copy for yourself.

Contact

Questions about privacy go to [email protected]. You can also use the contact page, though for a deletion request a direct email from the address you used is simplest.
